Occupational Therapy Evaluation
An Occupational Therapy Evaluation can be requested when an individual is experiencing developmental differences or other life changes which limit their independence and enjoyment of daily life. An evaluation consists of caregiver interview, play based assessment with the child, standardized assessment options, goal formation, home program development, and plan of care proposal.

Occupational Therapy Treatment
All sessions aim to develop foundational skills needed to reach your child's functional goals. Each session is play-based and guided by the DIR-Floortime philosophy and Ayres Sensory Integration Theory.
A typical OT session consists of 50 minutes starting with a parent check in, followed by play based therapeutic activities with the child. Activities may include the use of swings, climbing equipment, equine movement, or outdoor spaces. Sessions end with brief review with the caregiver and home program suggestions.

Parent + Caregiver Consultations
As a standalone service, consultations can provide education on a diagnosis, provide general activity supports, and answer general questions.

Within a plan of care, consultations are recommended on a quarterly basis to review progress, develop and support use of the home program, and discuss any new challenges the child is facing.
Sessions can be over the phone, video chat, or in person.

Sensory Play Open Gym!

Limit of 5 participants per class to maintain supportive and regulatory environment, first sign up, first serve!

Cost: DONATION BASED- note, the sign up requires a dollar amount, suggested amount listed, pay as able.
I am excited to begin offering a sensory-play open gym at JuneBug's gym. An open gym time designed for kids with sensory processing differences or other developmental differences. See Flyer for details.

Services + Fees
As a private pay therapist, I provide a superbill at the end of each month as the invoice, which can be paid by check or cash. You can submit the superbill to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Every insurance company reimburses at different rates for out of network providers, so be sure to check your policy coverage. You may be eligible to use an HSA or FSA to pay for services as well, depending on your provider.

$200 per hour
$100 formal write up

$135 per 30 minute session
Parent Consultation
$140 per hour, pro-rated at 15 min increments
